Shining World Education Foundation Scholarship Award Ceremony was held with great fanfare at the New Taipei City Government. 162 outstanding recipients, including students, parents, and teachers, were honored at the ceremony.

The director of the New City Social Affairs Bureau was invited to attend and delivered a speech, praising the recipients for their efforts and achievements and expressing congratulations and expectations for their future.

Since its establishment, the foundation has encouraged and rewarded students' outstanding performance in social engagement through its scholarship program. Parents and teachers were also given the opportunity to receive recognition on stage.

The foundation will continue to provide students with more opportunities and support to foster their personal and academic growth.

SHINMED proudly announces the 510(k) regulatory clearance of ShinEvac Smoke Evacuation Pencil AIO and Classic series in the United States. ShinEvac is SHINMED’s first smoke evacuation series including 1^st generation ShinEvac AIO and 2nd generation ShinEvac Classic. The patented swivel design enables physicians to move freely. To take one step further, SHINMED also provides Non-PVC version of ShinEvac Classic for a harmless healthcare environment.

 

SHINMED has been involved in smoke evacuation pencil development since 2009, and are supporting our distributors to provide better products to hospitals and make success. Manufacturing partners are also welcome for new product development and fast prototype.

SEEG is a pre-evaluation surgery for neurosurgery, commonly used to locate precise surgical targets for epilepsy treatment. The evaluation requires mass surgical tools, and the most significant tool is the cylindrical needle electrode for opening up the meninges so that the cannula can be placed and the electrode can be operated for navigation. There are only a few companies that manufacture this specific needle electrode. Therefore, we design and develop this product to fulfill the market needs.

SHINMED proudly announce that our Smoke Evacuation Pencil ShinEvac Classic has obtained the Taiwan Exellence Award!

The Taiwan Excellence Awards are yearly awards that are given out by the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) and Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) to encourage Taiwan industries to upgrade and incorporate innovation and value into their products. The selection of awards is based on four criteria: R&D, design, quality, and marketing. Each product must score evenly well in each category in order to be selected. An international panel of judges is invited to participate in this selection, in which the finalists surface after several evaluations.
